The interior is clean and bright, the corridors are very wide and there are 2 large trolleys by the loading door to use to help you move your items to your locker. The loading area is large enough for us to pull in our pick-up truck and close the door during bad weather. And there is a hand sanitizer station right inside the door for added convenience. It is centrally located, close to downtown Kitchener and yet there is still plenty of parking & room around the loading doors for easy access.
Woodside is one of the best companies of its type. I've had a storage unit here for many years and have always found the facility to be clean, well maintained, and accessible. The staff members are also quite friendly and helpful. Their rental rates are also fair and they stay consistent over the years instead of increasing on a regular basis, as happens with some other companies.
First time renting a storage locker. Was relieved how easy the process was. While loading in found it very convenient with carts available to use making the loading in process so much easier. Hand sanitizer at the entrances making you feel more safe while working. The rate was definitely in my price range. The location was perfect for me being close to city centre Kitchener.
I've had a storage unit at Woodside Self Storage for a while and have always had a positive experience there. The building is clean, secure, and open seven days a week. The staff members are also always friendly and helpful either in person or on the phone. The company also doesn't increase its rates for existing tenants, which some other storage businesses do on a regular basis.
